Where there is any conflict between this section and the main Privacy Policy, this section takes precedence for data collected through those specific channels.

 

GDPR & Safeguarding Compliance

All information submitted through LSEP’s file sharing or community features is processed for legitimate, proportionate, and transparent purposes in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and relevant safeguarding laws.
